A document tracker that respects your family.
DocuTrackr exists because passports expire, IDs need renewing, and every family has a stack of documents that someone has to remember. We're building the calm, respectful tool that handles the remembering — without becoming another app that surveils you.
What we believe
Documents are private. Your passport number is yours. Even our own engineers shouldn't be able to read it without a paper trail. We encrypt sensitive fields at rest with per-family keys managed by AWS KMS, and every decryption writes an audit row you can review.
Families are the unit. Most document tools are built for individuals. But the person who renews the family's passports and IDs usually isn't the same person who holds them. We made organizer-and-members the default, with caregiver mode for parents managing relatives abroad.
Reminders should be calm. Five reminders at 90, 30, 14, 7, and 1 days — across email, WhatsApp, and push — is enough. We don't bombard you, and you can mute any document with one tap.
Truth matters more than metrics. If we say a renewal takes 2-3 days, we mean it's what we've verified — not a guess. The renewal playbooks are AI-checked monthly and community-flagged when they're wrong. If you find something inaccurate, please tell us.
